work yesterday after work :)

SkyeDS: <no problems with lazy. evile: I needed pomegranate juice and a fresh pomegranate, which is apparently something I've got to hunt for. Nevermind! SkyeDS: like when I try to find sorghum stalks SkyeDS: lots of farmers around grow them but they're never in the store SkyeDS: I have to find a field full and pick one evile: *nod* evile: I keep telling myself I need to start going to Farmer's Markets regularly, but I haven't yet. SkyeDS: I'm gettin about tired of the two other women in this office SkyeDS: first the pregnant one keeps having heat flashes so she turns the ac down to freezing SkyeDS: and tries to get me in trouble w Hugh when I turn the thermo up all of two degrees because i have the coldest office in the building SkyeDS: then, I fix the situation by turning on my space heater SkyeDS: and then they both come bitch because they can smell it. evile: ugh. I keep a fleece jacket at work for such. Some days it's like a meat locker in here. SkyeDS: I wore long sleeves, Hugh's sweater, and Hugh's Great Coat, one day, and sineater said at dinner that my hands were still like icicles SkyeDS: hence the heater evile: damn. SkyeDS: I do not understand why I apparently lack the ability to coexist with others in an office, when I spend nearly all my day, holed up in my office, with no contact with them evile: No tellin. SkyeDS: I don't hog the bathroom. I don't trash the bathroom. I don't burn popcorn or other foul smelling substances in the microwave. SkyeDS: I don't eat anything I don't bring myself. evile: You're asking the wrong person. I've been hated here by coworkers since day fuckin' 1 and I don't have much of a clue why. SkyeDS: maybe it isn't our fault. evile: Some people are just really unhappy and they have taken it as their life mission to make everyone else unhappy, too. Also, lots of people take work way yyy more seriously than they should. SkyeDS: well, if they can smell my heater, and it bothers them, maybe they might consider not turning the AC down so low as to make it necessary evile: um...but why would they make themselves unhappy & uncomfortable just for YOU? That flies in the face of their selfish behavior up to now.. SkyeDS: well, it's like this, they can't have it both ways SkyeDS: so choose one evil or the other SkyeDS: but if you choose to freeze my office, I'm going to have a heater. evile: *nod* evile: I'm trying to convince Bryce to come out to PNO on Thurs. He is a stubborn critter.
