1) we must check every page in the scan queue (should have been doing
this all along, IMHO)
2) we must number our separator sheets & bundle our processed cases
accordingly (ie: 1-25,) then rubberband them up and put them over in
the scanning area so that the clerical staff can double check their
workand make sure that if they scan 25 sep. sheets , 25 cases show up
in their system.

This is basically the fucking clerical staff fucking up yet again,
and not taking the hit for it. Every goddamn time the dept. managers
run across problems and ask the clerical staff, they whine and fuss
and point at us and tell everyone it's all our fault. So basically we
are adding a couple of steps to our process so as to be involved in
hand-holding for the clerical folks. Peeves me. Their supervisor is
absolutely no help, she totally backs up their assertions that it's
not THEM it's US. I admire a supervisor who has the tits to stand up
for her people against higher management, and go to bat for them, but
sometimes it *IS* your people fucking shit up and you need to lay the
smackdown!
