I'm in a bit of a venomous mood today.
Just vaguely evil & irritable. Nothing major, but it
kinda sucks.
I told [thewordnerd] (the blind guy) I'd take him to Poly
dinner tonight. It's at a nice restaurant & all, but
if I hadn't committed to be someone's ride, I wouldn't
go. I'm not in the mood to be sociable right now.
Chuy's was good last night. Elaine didn't go, but she
and [aunt L] are going somewhere today, supposedly, so I
gave [aunt L] the ojime bead to give to Elaine for her
Bday.
Coincidentally, we ran into peglegasus. He was on his lunch
break from Dell (works 3rd shift, so his lunch break
is our dinnertime :) That was nice.
the lastest [brother A] & [The Rubber Pig] news: [The Rubber Pig] is supposedly on
bed rest (but was at the grocery store when Lynn
called) and wants a C section now, instead of the
midwife at home surrounded by adoring family scenario.
*sigh of relief*
[brother A] infuriated Aunt L, BTW. His quote that sparked the
fury: "It's not so crucial for me to get a job
anymore, since we are getting so much help right
now"--NEVER say shit like that to a woman who worked
in unemployment her whole life!!! Aunt L said she like
to have reached thru the phone and slapped the shit
out of him.

Yesterday sucked for me as well. Notary exam prep class all day,
then the exam, then the HIV test. I was so rattled after the
test.... Shane had his yesterday, too - HIV and all the rest of it.
I called and we talked for a long time.... I felt better after that.
So, I'll know next Thursday after work. I am keeping my fingers
crossed, obviously.
I am just subdued today, not actively worried or freaked out. Which
is good.
I can't BUH-lieve that shit with [brother A]. L. should hjust drive over
to their house, smack him when he answers the door, and walk away.
