  dreamed about Gary, Dee, and Josephine. I think in my dream, [sister H]
  was the same age as 'Phine. Something about a sleepover at Gary's &
  we were planning on going somewhere. There were fall leaves & snow.
  
  I have been sleeping very heavily lately & very groggy and startled
  when the alarm goes off at 6. In the past, I'd woken up around 4-5
  and just kinda snoozed & thought for an hour or so until the alarm
  went off. Possibly getting heavier/better sleep due to taking 5htp
  this month.
  
  I am going to try evening primrose and low carb in November, see what
  effect, if any, it has.
  
  UB has been talking about the fat flush program. I'm curious. Seems
  very comprehensive (diet, fitness, cookbook, food, exercise & grocery
  shopping journal, etc) May check something out from library, if they
  have anything.

  When I win the lottery, I'm going traveling. While I wait for my
  passport, I'll take Rio to visit Dee in GA. We will go to Savannah &
  shop :)
  
  I'll do Vegas Xmas with J-Law, meet Shane & his fam, spend lots of
  money, have lots of fun.
  
  Lots of trips to the crossings & other spa-type stuff. Maybe a Lake
  Austin spa weekend.
  
  Visit the Oklahoma fam.
  
  Visit mom in MT.
  
  And then I'm getting my passport & going to England to visit
  Braveheart. If we hit it off, I'm buying him :) I'll need a place to
  keep him & some serious schooling in how to take care of him.
  
  *sigh* It's nice to have things like that to think about.
