A desperate plea for help
It has come as I knew and feared it would: we have been given the
ultimatum, "You will all (including my infant son) go to a Christian
church or you will find somewhere else to live."

So I make this plea to all my friends and anyone of the pagan
community (or anyone who feels that religion should not be
experienced through extortion): Help us.

We don't have much money, thanks to my inability to find a job and my
wife's losing hers through being in the hospital for 10 days and not
being allowed to return to work for another 2 weeks following. We
have poor rental history due to owing an apartment complex for
breaking a lease after we both go laid off.
Basically we're in pretty sad shape or we wouldn't be here in the
first place.

I do not want my son raised Christian against my will. I want him to
be open-minded and allowed to choose his own path.
I also do not want to try to raise him while living on the street.

If anyone can offer any assistance (feel free to link to this entry
where ever you think it might help) I would be most grateful.

I don't know what to do.

My thoughts:
Okay, the infant is all of, what 3 weeks old? Like it's going to
remember being taken to church. Why don't you just make nice with
the 'rents until you can get on your feet & get out? The damage from
religious indoctrination is'nt going to 'take' until he's at least
verbal, which gives you maybe 2 years?

asshat. He and his wife are 2 of the biggest stupidest drama-junkie
losers on the face of the earth. figures that the wife would be a
friend of sineater's, probably from RL at some point.
