How should I prepare for a court date I have with the sociopath narcissist father of my 9 year old daughter as I try to hold him accountable for the myriad of ways in which he constantly violates and disregards our custody agreement?

Document, document, document.

Honestly, Judges could care less about a mental health diagnosis, so don’t focus on that.

Keep emails, voice mails, and paper notes on whatever agreements were made and dates, times, and circumstances regarding each violation.

Stay calm and stick to facts.

“On January 7, our arrangement was for him to pick up the child from school at 3pm. The child waited until 4 and then my mother had to get her because he never showed up, did not call, and could not be reached by phone” ETC.

Dates, times, facts. Keep it simple and to the point. No name calling, no emotional displays, no “he did this because he is a selfish SOB”--Just keep it factual and stay calm.
