Today's LJ entry:

A real doozie
last night's dream was a real freakshow. Something about my mom,
stepdad, stepbrother, & his wife all moving into our house. Only it
wasn't quite 'our house'...in dreams things get moved around, added,
you know how that is.

My mom was getting all peeved because she and I were the only people
in the house who made any effort to clean. The shower wall had so
much grime on it that my stepbro had carved his initials into it &
there was other graffiti on the shower wall, too.

SIL's horse tack was all over the place, and my mom found some
packages of ramen noodles in our bedroom that she swore my father had
left there last time he visited. And then she gave me this little
lecture about how soup is a universal food because every culture in
the world has soup.

It was...odd.

Soundtrack for the dream was "Hurt" by NIN.
???

Apparently, it is wierd that my dreams all have music in the
background. Hm.

Anyway....poly dinner last night was wonderful & fun. I really like
The Pyramids & I hope they stay in business. I enjoyed seeing people
& meeting people and I got a very sweet email this a.m. from Jon, who
is New. I think I am finding a happy medium between being totally
quiet and shy and being The E Talks About Everything Show. I hope.
