quora: How long can we control a narcissist by placing boundaries?

 Boundaries are not for controlling other people!

No sane, healthy relationship between adults is about controlling one another.

Struggling for control is a game narcissists play.

The only person you should control is yourself.

See a counselor or clergy person, read some books, and learn what healthy boundaries are, and what having good boundaries feels like.

Wanting to control or punish another grown up adult is very unhealthy behavior.
