I lived in the Phillipines and Italy when I was a very small child--military brat.

Sometimes, but usually only at work because that's when I'm bored.

Very rarely. I have wierd dreams a LOT, but they're very rarely nightmares. I learned how to do lucid dreaming a while back and when things start to get nightmare-ish, I stop the dream and arm my self with what I need to take care of the problem, or change the direction of the dream so that something better happens instead.
