9:15: SJW = 300 MG
11:30: Shake = 220 calories
Multivitamin
1:30: Calcium, 600 MG
2:30: Prunes = 60 cal
5:00: Prunes = 60 cal
7:30: (Spike & Mike at Alamo Drafthouse):
1 Newcastle = 140 cal
2 Jalepeno poppers = 200 cal
Buffalo chicken Salad:
Battered/fried chicken breast= 160 cal
Bleu cheese dressing = 200 cal
3 celery sticks = 15 cal
Romaine lettuce = 60
Today's total: 1385

Theoretically, I can lose 21.6 lb between now and my B-day.
66.4 lbs by end of year (more than I need or want to, but just in
theory)
Now I just need to weigh & measure to give myself a # to try for.
& adjust my yahoo diet tracker to reflect the #'s.
