Last night's dream; first I was at Aunt Cora's house and she and Uncle John [who is deceased here in RL] had set up a 'make your own smoothie' bar in the kitchen with all kinds of fruit and yogurt and veggies and milk and chocolate chips and sprinkles...just all kinds of stuff. The whole Oklahoma fam was there, making smoothies in this big old solid blender. After breakfast I think we were going to go to Six Flags. :)
Then my dream changed and I was in France but they didn't use money such as coins and bills, money was in the form of stamps that came on a roll. It was apparently a very new system. I was in a store that had all kinds of Hello Kitty and suchlike things. I was checking out & the young lady behind the counter asked for "seven....money"....Like they didnt' even have a word for the stamps yet. Or maybe she didn't know the word in English? I dunno. They were playing L7 in the store and I asked her if she'd heard of Kim Deal and the Breeders and she said no, so I wrote down a couple of female grunge bands I thought she might like on the store's business card.
It was kind of a fun dream. There was also something about trying on dresses and hats in a store that had a holographic volcano that sent 'sparks' of projected light through the air in the store. I guess that store was in the same mall as the Hello Kitty store? That was kinda cool too.
