2046poly dinner tonight

So the poly gang went to Tuscany Market & Vineyard
tonight (sent you the website a while back) and I
checked out their tasting room--it is COOL. No Texas,
though. Which may be fixed when they expand in the
future. I met their Wine Guru, who has a very cute
name like Jeffrey or Timothy...something a little
British girl would name a stuffed bunny. He is so
smart & adorable. We had a great time chatting (for
like an hour!)
The polys were lame so I didn't feel too bad about
skipping out on them. But I was kind of in a 'blah'
mood when I arrived and I think my mood rubbed off on
the whole group. I dunno, maybe that's giving myself
too much credit. But I know my Uncle Bubba can do
this, I've seen it, so maybe I inherited his 'gift' of
reverse empathy, or whatever it is.
Anyway, it was a nice night. I can't wait to end my
self-imposed month of sobriety and go back there and
get my 'tasting card'. I'm thinking April First. I'll
take my Reidel tasting glass & go to town!! They had a
Silver Oak something-or-another for $105 a bottle, and
it was $5 a taste. I'll definitely give that one a go.
Jeffrey/Timothy says eventually there will be a
computer system tied to your tasting card that keeps
track of what you taste and lets you input a rating
for everything you try. cool!
