511 last nights dream

  I was on a bus (more like the wine tasting bus than the city bus) and
  someone got on with 2 kids, they sat the little boy next to me. He
  was an infant, but somehow communicated with me(?). I held him up and
  we looked out the window and I pointed out what was going on outside
  the bus. He was all laughing and happy. We got to wherever we were
  going and there was a gryphon sitting under a tree. I could see him
  but other people couldn't. I got the impression that he was waiting
  for me. I had just walked over and greeted him when I woke up.
  
  I woke up thinking about me and Liz and Eric, how we had our little
  bunch of mythical animals that we ...? I don't remember? Role played?
  or just talked about as if they were there? Our Gryphon was named
  Ralph, he drank beer and said "Howlie"....? This Gryphon was not in
  the least bit comical, he was very regal and I was honored that he'd
  chosen me.
  
  There was also something Harry Potter ish in this dream, as being
  chosen by the Gryphon meant that I'd live in Griffindor (sp?)
