red quinoa with veggies, black beans, cheese, salsa, and veggies. It's
pretty good. Which is good because I made a whole pot of quinoa & made
4 of these types of lunches.
It's an adaptation from a diet I found in some womens world type mag. I
am more or less watching what I eat and trying to keep up with Krav. I
weighed at 201 on Saturday before faire. Not bad. Still have 40 or so
to go. Not to think about that, though. It's discouraging.
