2662 e. annoying me.

e. wants to go to dinner tonight...she won't be done doing
whatever until 8 pm and I am supposed to call her, whereupon we'll
decide where to go..which means dinner will actually occur 9pm-
ish....um, no. I will probably just eat at home, go catsit for L&B,
and then when e. & I go out for 'dinner' get a little appetizer or
dessert. I'm just not European enough to eat dinner that late. And
then go to bed in time to get up, check on the kitties, and go to
yoga class at 9 a.m. the next day. WTH. Apparently she's given up
mountain bike racing and has found herself without a social life, so
I am getting called upon to fill the gap. She called me last Sunday
and we had this long rambly convo where she said basically that she
wants friends & people to do stuff with, but doesn't want to waste
time joining groups and finding people & getting to know them. wth.
Anyway, whatever. I had no plans tonight, other than catsitting, and
at least she's not wanting to drag me to some horrible movie.
