I stayed out of the house and mostly avoided being domestic all
weekend. It was good. I did cook dinner & do laundry last night, as
well as unload & reload the dishwasher (with Sweetie's help)

This is what giving up feels like :) I am tired of doing it all
myself, and so I'm just not going to do it anymore.

Except, of course, for decemberween preps. Which...if Sweetie's leaving
town for FL he may not help with at all. In which case, I'll just
toss all his shit in his work room and barricade it from sight.

I worked 5 hours of OT on Saturday morning, then took my flask of rum
and went to see Pirates of the Caribbean. Then I went to Pease park
and watched the silly HFS people hit each other with padded swords. I
visited with a few people, including skye_ds & sonar0m, all dressed up
to do Madrigal dinner at UT, impressed Aeris/Shawn(?) with some tacky
penis humor, imparted some tips on being tactful to Terwin (who
told skye_ds "Either you've lost weight or you're wearing something
different"...I told him never to mention weight to a woman, just tell
her she looks nice and leave it at that. turns out Terwin is worse
off than I thought. he went to the prom because a girl invited him
but then he didn't put the make on her. His first & only sex partner
has been Sylvana. yecch. Went home to Sweetie. We went to cicis for dinner
but it was packed, so we went to Hilberts (?) for burgers. I did not
change gears very gracefully and managed to annoy Sweetie with my
poutyness. Cheeseburger and rings were fine, but I'd been set on
pizza.

Sunday, I slept in, drank coffee with my Sweetie, then went to see
Pirates again, then to San Gabriel Park to hang with the Drandmir
folk. More talking. Flirted with Thax & darien_spider. Talked with that awful
Raptor "little prince mullet".

Apparently Lisalotte wants a baby and Thax is not that interested in being
a father. "She wants a baby, I just wanna get laid"....sad.

As Thax and I were chatting, they were starting up a battle game and
all the guys on the field yelled "EEK!" and I yelled "WHAAT!" and
they asked me whether they should have their next battle game up on
the field or off in the woods. I told them to go as far away from me
as possible. Mean! But fun and funny. I don't know why they had
decided it was up to me to decide where they played, but that was
kind of flattering to my ego. As was being one of only 3 women out
there. Great fun. I can totally see why a predator such as skye_ds
would enjoy this HFS thang...lots of sweet young guys, not much in
the way of female competition.

Anyway, around 5:30 I went back home to watch TV with my Sweetie and
then take a hot bath & put on my fuzzy PJ's. I made fish & mac &
cheez for dinner & had a beer. Go me.

It was a lovely weekend. I feel very relaxed and happy. Sun and wind
and movies and friends and rum and popcorn.

And no housework. Even though it needs to be done.

I guess it's just me passive-agressing against the other passive
agressive people in my life - Sweetie, daddy...etc.

I ought to just make my plans and do my thing regardless, but it
would be wierd and rude to leave Daddy in my house while I ran off to
Dallas or New Orleans. :P
