Dream:

I dreamt about going to craft night at sharjinka's, and thax was
there with a little baby boy who had apparently made a mess on his
garb. So he was cleaning up the kid and then this huge rain storm
came in, and I ran to close the windows (with help from Keject &
cairun, but the carpet still got wet. The house wasn't exactly like
Jink's real house--there were windows all across the back of the
house that were so big they were like sliding glass doors, and they
were all open to the outside when it started to rain.

I think we were closing up the house & thax was cleaning up himself
and the baby so we could all go to Denny's or something...

Then I found this room where I'd put stuff in storage before I went
to college, all this Egyptian art and statues, and these herbs and
books that I had stored away and then forgotten. sineater was all
like "I can't believe you left all this stuff here and forgot about
it!"

And then I woke up.

I know lisalotte & thax have been 'trying'. It would be nice if
that'd been a prophetic dream of some kind.

email to J-Law re: today's plans:

Today's Veteran's Day so the office is closed. For
some insane reason I mentioned this to UB and now we
are mall-ratting today. Oh well, it should be fine. As
long as there are no animals & no men. Should be
non-drama. She can tell me all about her new coven
that meets in Houston and New Orleans, bla bla.

Know how GYPPED I'd feel to go all the way to NO only
to have to stand around in stupid robes & trappings in
somebody's living room for 4 hours? damn...I can think
of better things to do. Luckily, I'm a Discordian, so
I can declare beer & oysters at Cooter Brown's to be
my "Equinox Ritual" and there it is :)

I cleaned a lot of house last night. Swept, mopped,
vaccuumed, did dishes, did laundry. It felt good.
Naturally the TWO things I asked Sweetie to do remain
un-done. And, of course, there are all sorts of things
that belong to him that I don't know where they go, so
they have to just stay where they are and I clean
around them. feh. But...clutter is OK. Filth is not.
And the house is definitely not filthy.

My work room remains a mess. I think I'll work on it
in the couple hours I have betwen now and the time
Skye comes tippy-tapping at the door (I don't know
why, but she and Sineater never use the doorbell. It's
bizarre)
