Sineater: [offline] doing better. how are you? on and off today.
phone interview at 1. you helped me a lot yesterday. thank you. i
love you, sister.
Sineater: *hug*
evile: hey! How did your interview go?
Sineater: i think really well
evile: excellent!
Sineater: nodnod
evile: Feeling better today?
Sineater: yes
Sineater: at least when we fight lately some things actually get
accomplished
evile: I'm glad. When people are upset, it's hard to see any possible
goodness and easy to write off the good stuff because the bad stuff
is so overwhelming.
Sineater: yes it is.
Sineater: we are going to try living together until gulf war. that
will give us time to work out a better plan if i have to leave.
Sineater: right now it looks better. neither one of usis going to kid
ourselves though
evile: *nod* Sweetie & I talked & we hashed out a standing offer that is
available whenever you want or need it
Sineater: thank you. it's a lot to ask of you.
evile: well, and I think that our rules are a lot to ask of YOU...
Sineater: i would expect to have to contribute to your household.
also i would think you would want rules in place to keep any angst or
drama out of your home
evile: *nod*
Sineater: i don't think that's too much to ask then :)
evile: Well, it would be a serious commitment on all our parts to try
to live in the same house...
evile: So I figure the best way to ensure the least amount of drama
is to have everything right out in the open, right up front.
Sineater: nod
evile: And, if it turns out that you need to leave and can't live by
the house rules here, I am still willing/able to help you in other
ways...so please don't think that I am saying my way or the highway,
or whatever.
Sineater: nod
Sineater: would work something out
evile: I hope so. I hope that it doesn't become necessary for you to
leave..but you have to take care of your well being, because if you
aren't safe and sane, you aren't going to be good to be around for
anyone.
Sineater: no shit
Sineater: reminds me, need o call the mhmr in cameron also
evile: *nod* I believe the Human Potential Center also has resources
you may be able to use.
Sineater: thanks. will look them up
evile: http://www.humanpotentialcenter.org/
evile: Bob McGarrey comes out to poly dinner from time to time, and
is one of the people who always has a good presentation/discussion at
Big Fun.
Sineater: is this the poly-friendly councillor(s) that were posted to
the list a while back? was looking for that
evile: Oh, maybe. I know Bob is one of them.
evile: (maggiemaepisces) says her psychologist is
pagan/poly/kink friendly.
Sineater: glad to know there are psychologists in the world who don't
consider pagan/poly/kink a disease
evile: Onyxlynxx sees a therapist too. I'm assuming that person is also
open minded to her choices in life.
Sineater: if i get the job i interviewd for today, i'll have
insurance again
evile: that will be a good thing
evile: Did they give you a time-line on their process?
Sineater: i am supposed to hear from them by the end of the week
evile: *fingers crossed, toes crossed*
evile: If they called you this week, when would they plan on starting
you?
Sineater: doh. didn't ask
Sineater: told them about gulf war in the first interviesw. i would
presume it would be after that
evile: hope so. Hope that's not a deal-breaker for them.
Sineater: shouldn't be
evile: good :)
