night before last, my dreams featured [Krabby the Coworker], who was dating a
waiter at a nice-ish restaurant. I was at the restaurant with a guy
who was being super sweet & charming. [Krabby] popped over to let us know
that she'd been helping her sweetie deliver hot plates to peoples
tables.

Something about Dirk Harris later in the night. I think we were
talking about how he liked fat girls.

I woke up thinking "But you were with MARY for ever!" and she was not
a fat girl.

last night, I dreamt about some hooligan teenage boys who had a baby
buzzard in a cake box & were going to let it die. I was getting a
ladder to go up and get the bird, who was squawking & struggling in
the box on top of a bunch of other boxes, and the boys were all "but
it's ugly!" and I said "You were ugly when you were a baby, but
somebody took care of YOU!" and then I ended up giving the bird to
Sister H & Jimmy for them to take care of.

Then I was going to be in some kind of production, where we either
had to build sets & do backstage stuff, or we had to sing on stage. I
knew I couldn't sing but for whatever reason I didn't want to do
production. So I came up with a child-character sort of like one of
Lily Tomlin's. I kind of did a little monologue about the zoo & my
favorite animal is a hippopotamous but it will eat me ifI go in the
water, and then I sang some litle stupid song. The director wsn't
buying it, so I said "no, look, I can be childlike & cute," & held up
my hair like it was in ponytails and kind of hopped around & he
laughed. Then I woke up. I have no idea if I got the part!
