    evile: TGIF!
    SkyeDS: ya
    SkyeDS: pretty day.
    evile: yup
evile: the weekend forecast looks good, too.
evile: Maybe I'll finally make it out to Drandmir on Sunday
SkyeDS: if we go to Waco Saturday I don't know about Drandmir on
    Sunday
SkyeDS: probably one or the other, but not both
    evile: *nod*
evile: Is Sineater still feeling up to a trip?
    SkyeDS: so he says.
evile: cool. I was really surprised how quickly everything went.
SkyeDS: he's too set on doing things that require two hands. Without
asking one of us to do for him.
evile: *nod* I hope he will eventually adapt and/or learn when to
    ask for help.
SkyeDS: it isn't looking like it so far
evile: he's always been proud & stubborn though
SkyeDS: so I'm going to have to keep kicking sonar0m all day. Because
if Sineater tells M that he's okay, M will just leave him alone until he
    says something
    SkyeDS: which won't happen
    evile: heh.
SkyeDS: maybe it won't be too deplorable. sonar0m already stopped him
from trying to open a pepto bottle by himself.
    evile: good
SkyeDS: everyone is already aware of what he should and shouldn't be
doing, so he will have a plethora of guardian angels tomorrow keeping
    a watchful eye.
    evile: *nod* that's good.
SkyeDS: Jan of 03, when I had that lower back/hip injury that may
well have been a break, who knows, I couldn't even wipe myself for
    three weeks. humiliating.
SkyeDS: so when I did manage to clean myself for the first time in 3
weeks, I decided I could ride again. bareback in the yard for just a
    few minutes.
SkyeDS: sonar0m refused to help me, said he wasn't going to even
watch, and went in the house. And proceeded to the window, to watch.
evile: *shrug* hard to watch people you care about doing things that
    are likely to hurt them.
SkyeDS: Mirage took her usual great care with me on account of my
being a damn fool idiot. And t hen I spent a great deal of time
trying to figure out how to get down.
SkyeDS: Sineater comes home, wants to know what I'm doing, and I said,
    I'm trying to get down.
    evile: oops.
    SkyeDS: well, you aren't moving.
SkyeDS: that notwithstanding, I'm still trying to get down.
SkyeDS: so he goes in the house, and asks sonar0m why he didn't stop
    me.
SkyeDS: and sonar0m said, could you have stopped her?
    SkyeDS: well, no.
SkyeDS: so I'm supposed to stop her how?
SkyeDS: I remember the first time Mom got so sick I had to take care
of her, rather than the other way around, and I took great pleasure
in dosing her with hideous green cough syrup
evile: it's difficult to watch someone you care about doing harmful
things...but there ya go....if the person is a sane adult, how can
    you stop them.
evile: My mom always just wanted to be left alone to sleep when she
was sick, thankfully. My bedside manner is pretty lousy.
SkyeDS: it's the shoe on the other foot thing
    evile: *nod*
SkyeDS: I'm usually the one being ridden herd on because of an injury
SkyeDS: now I get to ride herd.
    evile: *nod*
evile: I love my launchcast--just heard a wonderful cover of "No time
to cry" that I never would have found on my own.
SkyeDS: no launchcast for me today, Hugh has the laptop (only machine
    w soundcard i n)
    evile: oh well.
evile: savanni & Terriblelynne brought the best chocolate to dinner last
night. I am now trying to find out where T got hers. It was dark
chocolate infused with cinnamon and hot peppers
    SkyeDS: yum (like mole)
    evile: very yum.
SkyeDS: I think I like mole and tso for the same reason.
    ginger/pepper and chocolate/pepper
evile: savanni's was 70% bittersweet, a brand I've seen at CM and Whole
Foods, but can't think of it right at the moment...small bars, white
    wrapper with black script.
evile: Dagoba chocolate has some interesting candy bars (pricey but
totally worth it), and their chile chocolate is not bad. But no
cinnamon. The cinnamon really made it perfect.
SkyeDS: cinnamon has healing properties too
    evile: *nod*
evile: I keep trying to remember to add 1/2 tsp to my breakfast
    cereal...
evile: I'm sort of cobbling together my own plan, from this &
that...so far I've got my breakfast routine down & am doing OK at
getting at least 15 minutes worth of exercise daily.
SkyeDS: my intention soon to start on at least the supplemental part
of fat flush - the lemon juice, cranberry juice, evening primrose
    oil, etc
    evile: *nod*
SkyeDS: and cortisol lowering stuff, which I know from research here
    is effective.
evile: yup. I found some really nice Ocean Spray juice--it's
cranberry &mixed berry. Not as sour as plain cranberry, and the
berries are antioxidants (blueberry, blackberry, esp.)
evile: Debbie and Joe are going to be at the GWNN party tomorow :)
That's going to be so awesome!
    SkyeDS: they are delightful peoples
    evile: *nodnod*
SkyeDS: I spent some time with her at the pub in Killeen
    evile: *nod*
evile: Aunt L is searching ebay for buses again.
SkyeDS: worked for a lawyer once spent 670K buying one of those
    private luxury buses.
evile: she always asks me what I think....I dont' know shit about
cars, I don't think she ought to buy a used one, and she's always
finding ones that are off in Michigan or some other crazy BFE place,
so I never really know what to say
SkyeDS: if she were a mechanic she'd stand a better chance
SkyeDS: I bought used twice from the Dodge place because they give a
    free lemonbusters.
evile: I definitely think things like that should not be bought sight
    unseen...
SkyeDS: there is no way I'd buy a used vehicle unless I'd done my
research in the Consumers Reports and other places on that year and
model, etc, first, and without being armed with my 10 tests, and a
    lemonbusters report
    evile: yup
evile: I don't think Aunt L is going to buy one...she's just
compulsively checking for them on ebay. (I have similar silliness,
but not on that particular item)
SkyeDS: daddy always told me no used cars, but it can be done with
    the right research
SkyeDS: but ebay, no I don't think so either
    evile: *nod*
SkyeDS: now, if she's just checking for market value
SkyeDS: no better place than ebay for the truest idea of what that is
    SkyeDS: in any instance
    evile: yeah.
evile: There are closer places to get used vans/short bus type
    vehicles, than frickin Wisconsin.
    SkyeDS: that's true
SkyeDS: and Wisconsin market isn't same as Texas market
    evile: *nod*
SkyeDS: and lemon law differences from state to state = legal
    nightmare
evile: My great uncle Bill was a great wheeler-dealer used car guy,
never ever bought cars from places where it snowed & they used salt
    on the roads.
    evile: I ordered the dress...
SkyeDS: :D that was sa cool site
    evile: *nodnod*
evile: Nice thing about GWNN parties--fun to play dress up, and you
can wear or not wear whatever you want :)
evile: I think onyxlynxx finally got enough courage to wear her corset
    to a GWNN party :)
SkyeDS: I tried riding in mine
SkyeDS: not workable except in parades at slow walks
    evile: *nod*
evile: I can wear mine standing up for ever, run around, play
tennis,do yoga, but sitting in it is not comfortable at all.
evile: The times I've gone to faire with other gals, it's always been
funny to watch everyone pile out of hte car and start putting on the
    bodices & corsets.
evile: (Oh, onyxlynxx asked about you last night, BTW. Said she was
worried because you hadn't updated your LJ. I said y'all had been
very busy with RL & you'd share details when/if you felt like it.)
    SkyeDS: nods
SkyeDS: I ought to, I've been t hinking about it
SkyeDS: the longer I wait the more stuff I have to remember, = bad
    evile: *nod*
evile: if I don't write while I'm thinkin abou t it, I just forget
SkyeDS: I am very impressed with roninjedi's LJ response to what Kirby
    said.
    evile: *nod*
evile: do you work on Monday?
    SkyeDS: yes
    evile: Sweetie, too.
SkyeDS: guess I wouldn't have to
SkyeDS: but then I wouldn't get paid
evile: *nod* No mail on Monday, so it'll probably be a nice quiet day
    at the office :)
SkyeDS: was hoping other people wouldn't be here so I could bring
    Arthur with us
    SkyeDS: but no dice
SkyeDS: still pondering whether or not Sineater would be better off here
    or home by himself
SkyeDS: and I don't know if M has class Monday or not but I bet he
    does
evile: As long as you left the lids off his meds & such, I'm sure
he'd be fine on his own.
    SkyeDS: well look at that
SkyeDS: M doesn't have class Monday
    evile: *nod*
SkyeDS: thing is left on his own he won't stick to taking his meds
SkyeDS: he'll be headed for the trailer to do work and without sonar0m
doing stuff he shouldn't do doublehanded
SkyeDS: but, M has no class monday
evile: I'm sure y'all will work it out.
SkyeDS: ya, with sonar0m around, should be able to handle whatever
Sineater wants to do, and keep up with Arthur too
    evile: *nod*
evile: Hopefully after a few days, he'll have his routine more down-
pat & know what he needs to have prepared ahead of time, etc.
SkyeDS: I g uess if he hurts himself badly enough he'll learn to not
    work his hand
    evile: there is that.
evile: Well, time for me to make the rounds & get gone. Travel safe
    this weekend :)
    SkyeDS: Ciao
