Girls' night was fun last night. It was over at Kulilinei's place. She
had Knighthorse and Kai at home, so it wasn't strictly a 'hen party' but
still fun. We didn't get anything crafty done, but I gave Knighthorse 
soapmaking stuff & tips. It was fun to soap-geek for a bit. And he
gave me a pair of earrings he'd made--silver beads & findings with
rose-quartz and garnet beads. Gorgeous! :)

We made plans to see a play at the Vortex in a couple weeks. That's
going to be such fun.

I still haven't heard from Sineater about Thursday. More than being
worried about him, I admit, I'm going to be peeved if I took Thursday
off for no reason. And if I tell my boss the surgery was cancelled,
it's going to create a trust issue for the next time I ask off for
family needs...so do I come in and work, and cancel my leave request
on all the time-keeping systems, or do I just take the day off and
not say anything? either way, it creates a credibility problem for me
at work.
