Evening Primrose: 1,000 mg, 3 times a day (breakfast, lunch, bedtime)
*the one I take at lunchtime has vitamin E in it already
Flaxseed oil caps: 3,000 mg, 2 x a day (lunchtime, bedtime)
Multivitamin: 1x a day, lunchtime
Calcium/magnesium/zinc: 1x day, bedtime
Vitamin E, 1 x day, bedtime (with EPO)
Due to dreams, maybe switch flax and EPO to dinnertime instead of
bedtime?
