1570 weekend summary

My weekend was pretty much a void. I slept and read.
We did get some great BBQ in Lockhart Saturday night.
Sweetie had the gall to act like he wanted me to pay.
We ended up going dutch.

I know he's unemployed, bla bla, but you know what? If
he has the $ to buy shit for his computers & shit for
his cars, he can damn well spend the less-than-$10 it
cost to go out to dinner with me. I hate that shit. I
hate it that he always seems to have $ for things that
are important to HIM but not for anything for US or
ME. GRR.

e is pestering everyone about a "girls night out"
this weekend. I told her Friday would be better for
me, but of course nothing will come of it.

Talked to [brother A] Saturday afternoon/evening. He has
now quit his job at the creepy wierd pinyata &
moonwalk place that was paying him $40 cash daily & is
looking into leads at Costco & Hobby Lobby.

Just by way of perspective, when I went out to feed
the birds this a.m. I saw a giant black column of
smoke across the creek--don't know if someone was
burning leaves, or their car was on fire, or a very
concentrated attic/house fire. There were emergency
vehicles coming from every direction when I left for
work a few minutes later. So...compared to that, life
ain't so bad.
