    MONTHLY HOROSCOPE

    August 2005

    The DOG

You can certainly rely on luck in your sentimental undertakings. Do
not hesitate to declare your love for the person of your dreams:
you'll effortlessly find the necessary words and gestures to convince
and even to subjugate him (her). A marriage proposal would be
accepted immediately; therefore you must refrain from making it if
you really don't intend to get a rope round your neck so soon. With
this being said, you're generally faithful in your love
relationships, you look for stability in your sentiments. But you
often dream of an exceptional creature, and this greatly reduces your
field of research. Try to be less particular in order to give
yourself a larger maneuver field and therefore more chance.
Foreigners may play an important role in your love life this time and
in a very beneficial way. If you're living as a couple, your
relationships with your mate will not be the most peaceful ones.
There may even be a severe hitch by the end of the period. Beware,
don't choose to close your eyes and pretend that everything is well.
Be courageous enough to remove the cancer, to discuss frankly but
calmly what goes wrong and what opposes you to your mate. And you'll
realize that the most thorny problems are often only the results of
    long-lasting misunderstandings.

You'll have to cope with some difficulties in your career. This will
be due to the fact that your real worth does not seem to be well
recognized. Be patient. You should later on have the possibility to
exercise your career in a much more interesting and satisfying manner
on the personal level. And then the questions of remuneration and
profitability will really be relegated to the background. In any
case, you'll wish that things around you move and will not hesitate
to indulge in a whirl of parties and receptions. This busy society
life will not prove useless since you'll profit by it to make
interesting professional contacts. Some of you might even find an
excellent job in a perfectly unexpected manner.

evile: TGIF! How did your shopping go?
SkyeDS: spent 118 and some change
SkyeDS: a lot of the stuff won't be purchased every week
    evile: yup
SkyeDS: but I don't know if it's enough to feed two people for two
    weeks
    SkyeDS: certainly not enough meat
SkyeDS: but we had a good time :)
evile: It's a neat store, isnt' it?
SkyeDS: I didn't go anywhere but the first floor
SkyeDS: there aren't groceries anywhere else are there?
evile: nope, upstairs is the patio & playscape, plus offices.
evile: How late are you working today?
    SkyeDS: 6:45 or so
evile: OK. Have a little care pkg for you :)
SkyeDS: Skye the little kid at heart loves getting presents from
AuntE, she has to confess ;)
    evile: who doesn't? :)
    SkyeDS: true dat

SkyeDS: I am celebrating my last day of eating what I want with fudge
brownies for breakfast, pasta for lunch and chocolate with almonds
    and toffee :)
    evile: there ya go :)
evile: I've been trying to do something exercise-y every day this
month. So far so good. I guess I'm going at it the opposite from you--
get regular with exercise first, then change the food habits
SkyeDS: I think what happens with me is that I have more energy once
    I eat right
SkyeDS: but then you've always eaten more sensibly than I do
evile: after trying on my dress that I wanted to wear to Voyagers
tomorrow...It really made me realize I need to get in better shape.
evile: figured out where that extra cholesterol came from--the
breakfast omlets I like to buy have 108% of your daily RDA in them!
evile: I am only 10 points over on 'bad' cholesterol, and good on
everything else, but I'd rather take care of it now than have it
    become a bigger problem later.
    SkyeDS: nodnods
SkyeDS: in the mornings I have a hard time eating anything solid so I
think I'm going to stick to smoothies
SkyeDS: I do like eggs for supper though when I have time to be
    inventive
evile: yup. frittata is one of my fave things
SkyeDS: eggs, sausage, garlic, spinach, artichoke hearts, six
    different cheeses. nummy.
    evile: yum :)
SkyeDS: and I'm willing to pay what they're asking for their prepared
    delicacies too
evile: yeah. next time we cook out I'm getting their kebabs. they are
    incredible looking.
SkyeDS: particularly their feta and spinach stuffed pork, their
    scallops, salmon/cilantro burgers, etc
SkyeDS: they even have marinated satays
    evile: Yeah...Food Disney.
evile: we might get a chance to get dinner there before the
    bellydance show tonight.
SkyeDS: ohmygod everything they had to eat there smelled so good
SkyeDS: I spent time just following my nose around from one smell to
    another
evile: yup. even the parking garage smells good. I ahve no idea how
    they managed that.
SkyeDS: I parked up top. haven't been in the garage yet.
evile: I don't think I've ever been there when surface parking was
avail, except once after they were closed & I wanted to show Ben the
    landscaping.
evile: I want that in my backyard :)
SkyeDS: oh yeah! we have money now! I can landscape next spring :)
    evile: whee :)
SkyeDS: redbuds and mountain laurels and wysteria :)
    evile: awesome :)
evile: Ben and I are going to build a little seating area out back,
at some point. when the weather gets cooler. We are all inspired by
the landscaping at casa de luz.
SkyeDS: I found a pet baby stroller big enough for Arthur
SkyeDS: I wonder how the horses would feel pulling that through the
    park ROFL
    evile: hee :)
    SkyeDS: I knew it.
    evile: ?
SkyeDS: email from mom just now - when can we come visit before school
    evile: there ya go.
SkyeDS: the emory faire isn't that far from texarkana, I will invite
    them
    evile: that would be nice.
evile: I am thinking I might go ahead and go to Dave & Lyn's party
the 20th and then try to get to ravensloft the 27th, ditch CRW.
SkyeDS: I'm thinkin CRW isn't going to go well
    SkyeDS: bless everybody's little hearts
evile: eh, it'll probably go off as well as it ever does.
evile: If I'm going to drive,I'd rather drive someplace where I know
I'll at least have beer and good shopping.

evile: dang it. I got the 'explorer has an error and needs to close'
    message. BRB, I hope!
