I knew that you were going to run late, I just couldn't remember
approx. time. So I will shoot for 8 ish just so I'm not pining for
you.

I went upstairs w/ Pace to see his hair clippings, which he
apparently saves. Next thing I know P has me penned to the wall and
is kissing me and telling me how sexy I am. I was flattered but a
little freaked. I told P that he was going to get me in trouble with
my husband. P was a good ( for me I just have to go with male
pronouns here, what he was pressing against me was definitely male)
guy and called me the next morning to apologize, I told him I was
flattered, and I really was. It was just a wee bit surreal being
groped by a transgender person while my husband is causing wacko girl
to go all est on us. Parties!!!!

Are we still going to have a Mardi Gras party at your place?

When did you start dating again? And is there anything I need to know
about you and Tom?

Oh, I'd sooooo love to say "If there was anything you needed to know,
you'd know it."....but I absolutely cannot go there. *sigh*

She is just dying to have an exciting dramatic life again now that
she's thin, with her married man groupie-shit on Sundays (which,
might I add, she hasn't told me much about ATALL)

So...whatever. I will let that sit for a few hours until I can come
up with a civil reply.

Mardi Gras party isn't looking good. No $$. I've heard
that Z, Steve, Adam, and Nathan [Z and Nathan brought
their cute new baby to Decemberween] are planning to
throw a Mardi Gras party, though, so maybe we can just
go to theirs.

I've got to get Vegas paid off, and I also booked a
trip to see my Mom for her b-day that I'll need to pay
off before I can have any more parties. Maybe we can
have a cookout at our place early summer-ish.

Pace was pretty drunk; but that's not a very good
excuse to mash someone. I'm glad s/he apologized to
you afterwards, anyway. and VERY glad that Mike didn't
get upset. That would have sucked on top of god-girl
drama! I guess a good thing to remember for future
get-togethers is not to be anywhere alone with Pace if
there's liquor involved :P

I didn't get to finish telling my 'date' story; it was
basically a really embarassing, stupid
misunderstanding, but, no, there's nothing you need to
know about Tom or me in that regard.

Jason said he will probably come to poly dinner on
Wed, cuz he enjoyed meeting Pace & you. I figure the
more people I introduce him to the better, and (this
is mean of me to say/do, but whatever) if he meets
"real" polyamorous people, he'll get more of a
perspective on how screwed up Andrea's definition of
"poly" is/was.

Fucking work bullshit. I will not get paid for all the OT I did in
Jan until goddamned March. I am NOT very fucking motivated right now.

Subject: Paid Overtime Week of January 27


If you earned any paid overtime last week (week of January 26, 2003),
it will not be paid until March. Our work week at TWC runs from
Sunday through Saturday. Since last week ended on February 1
(Saturday), any paid overtime earned last week will be reported with
the February overtime and will be paid in March.
