  Went to Kundalini yoga yesterday at Yoga Yoga. It was great. Very
  wierd, but great. I felt all spaghetti-like at the end. I even did
  the chanting & meditation. Spaced out a little during the last
  meditation, that was wierd. But probably good for me.
  
  Apparently SIL and I are at peace again. What a fucking whackjob.
