Taurus
Horoscope (by astrocenter.com)
Your emotions might be a bit erratic today, and you may be feeling
jumpy and skittish, dear Taurus. It is best that you make the effort
to put a limit on how far to let this energy take you. Keep your
thoughts to yourself instead of processing them aloud for everyone
else to hear. Keep a damper on things or else you are likely to put
your foot in your mouth at the worst possible time. If you have any
problems that you can't resolve yourself, you should discuss it with
an older person.
Gemini
Horoscope (by astrocenter.com)
You have the perfect combination of sensitivity, self-confidence, and
discipline to make anything work, dear Gemini. You will have a
fantastic time with whatever you do, and it won't take much at all to
amuse you. When talking with others, you know exactly what to say to
reassure and inspire them. You know how to put your best foot
forward, regardless of the circumstances and the other people
involved. You are on top of the world - so let yourself shine!

got all my small shields foiled last nite. Foil big shields tonight &
solder all. Then etch small shields.
Next: work on non-ren-theme glass: art nouveau mirror & candle
holder, etc.

Coworker LM emailed me to ask about a soap mold she'd found online,
and that triggered me to go look for it. She is making solid air
fresheners & using the molds for 'em. Nice!
I went and looked at the web pg, found flavored oils on that page,
started thinking about honey dust, etc, and have spent the afternoon
looking for flavored powders, etc.
Here is my pay dirt:
EDIBLE POWDERS
This batch will make approx. 8- 4 oz jars,
8 oz by weight of vanilla powder
8 oz by weight of arrowroot powder ( You can use the cornstarch in
place of the arrowroot powder, but I use the arrowroot because it is
virtually tasteless whereas the cornstarch has a taste)
1 drams of flavor oil
I used:
Raspberry
Mint chocolate
Chocolate
quava
black cherry
peppermint
wintergreen
cinnamon
anise
pineapple
watermelon
strawberry
orange
vanilla and grape
I put 4 oz of vanilla powder and 4oz of arrowroot powder in a food
processer and turn on high and then pour in 1 dram of flavor while it
is running, mix for 1 minute and scrape sides, cause sometimes the
liquid gets stuck on the sides and you have to scrap it down, then
mix for another minute. Pour out onto cookie sheet lined with waxed
paper and let dry over night. (the flavor enhances as it dries and
the powders absorb it) After it dries run it through the sifter a
couple of times to make sure that the flavor hasn't clumped any and
package..Now the 4oz double walled jars will only hold about 2oz of
powder by weight, so when you weight the jars and add the powder they
will only weigh 2 ounces plus the weigh of the jar. When I labeled
the flavors, I called them like raspberry-vanilla edible powder.
FEATHER POUFS
I bought bags of feathers from my local craft store. Each bag had a
different color, red, blue, white, pink , yellow, black and green.
They were the little fluffy feathers that were only about 4 to 5
inches long.
Because I was giving them away I only used about 6 of them in a
bundle. I bundled them up with all the end evenly and wrapped gold
quilting thread (its thicker than regular thread) around the end up
and down to make like a little grip only about a half of an inch. I
kept wrapping until you couldnt see the the feather part anymore and
tied it off.
