Well, it was a weird weekend. Not bad, just wierd.

I got an email Saturday from my father, saying that he was going to
drive my b-day present down, since if he mailed it,it would be late.
No real time to clean house or shop or prepare. I made the bed & gave
the rugs a little touch up with the vacuum cleaner. Then we just did
what we'd planned to do that day: went to Kate Raver's graduation
party, had a nice time visiting w/Keith & Kate. Talked w/ Pat & Sonya
for a while...it was okay. When we got home, my dad was there waiting
in his truck, he came in & showed me my b-day present. A very nice
Bose stereo/CD player.

Went to Rudy's for dinner, then got up the next day, drank coffee
w/my dad, then we 3 went to brunch w/ Lynn & Bob at Trudy's off
Guadalupe on 30th street. Then to Breed & Co. where dad got some wind
chimes, then he headed on back to OKC.
I took a nap until 4:30, called Holly & made arrangements to pick her
& Jimmy up for our 'party' at BB Rovers. Which turned out not so bad.
Expensive as hell, but it waas a nice gathering. Max, Keith, Kate,
Kate's brother & his girlfriend, Holly & Jimmy, Chris & Darla,
Kathleen & Jaime. We left around 8:30 (stayed MUCH longer than we had
intended), and took holly & jimmy home. Gary wrote a poem for me. I'm
sure Kathleen started talking shit about me & Tom as soon as we left.
I don't trust her atall.

Turns out they're having a BBQ for Jaime on the 28th or sometime next
weekend, which is probably why they didn't want to have one on the
20th. Wish they'd been honest about it.

Need to email Keith & Kate about the 'zoo' art exhibit at the old
airport, this Friday & Saturday. Hopefully we can get together & go
out :) I like them. They gave us a Celtic cross and a book
called 'BUST' which is apparently a collection of excerpts from a
magazine of the same name. Very cool. :)
