Nope, still not Irish, but you can kiss me anyway.

I'm making a beef and cheese and Guinness stew (just kind of made it up as I went along, no formal recipe)

and we may be doing a pub crawl, or may just chill at home.

it was! :) and there's lots left over....that's the only downside of cooking for two. Soup, stew, gumbo...the recipe just doesn't adjust down too well, so there's always gallons of it
