evile: oh, wow! That was quick...isn't it usually in Dec?
SkyeDS: after a decade of performing you'd think I'd know better
SkyeDS: but every year I get it in my head that it's the week after
thanksgiving
SkyeDS: it's always the week before thanksgiving
evile: Oh...OK.
SkyeDS: we made an impromptu appearance in the Rockdale Vet Day
parade saturday lol
evile: that's fun.
SkyeDS: I didn't know there was a parade until 7 am Sat morning so I
made the boys get up, find red white and blue stuff to wear and then
we ran by WalMart to get american flags to wave
evile: *nod*
SkyeDS: I'm sure what they didn't say was "oh man, she found
something else to do, we thought we were off the hook this weekend"

evile: Met an adorable new guy at the GWNN munch Saturday. His name
is J. and he's into rope bondage. Onyxxlynx described him as "harry
potter when he's all grown up & legal"
SkyeDS: could you find me a Lucius? (or a grown up Draco)? ;)

evile: I don't know HP well enough to know who Lucius is.

evile: Saw a very LOVELY butch at the Club Skirt event who could be
Draco's twin
evile: wearing all black, white-blonde spiky hair, perfect skin, long
thin legs, arms & fingers....luscious mouth.
SkyeDS: sounds like you had a very good time this weekend!
evile: yes, I did.
SkyeDS: Lucius = Draco's Daddy. Played by Jason Isaacs, with long
platinum hair.
evile: I guess I didn't see that movie, if he wasn't in the one I saw
with y'all...
SkyeDS: I can't even remember now which one we went to see.
evile: #3 I guess? Askaban?
SkyeDS: he was in two, I don't remember now whether he was in three
or not.
SkyeDS: but quite yummy.
evile: I needed a good weekend. I talked to my mom on the phone
Friday and things are pretty fucked up. The latest: my mother quit
her job, mostly because it sucked, but also so she can go to San
Antonio & wait on my worthless brother and his worthless cunt hand-
and-foot for the 'privilege' of "helping with the baby"
SkyeDS: <blinks many times hard>
SkyeDS: she going to live with them?
evile: she says she is, but I told her that with 3 adults, 3 kids,
and a baby in 1 apt, there won't be room for her. And they have
insects. So then she said she'd stay in a hotel nearby.
SkyeDS: she's going to live, in a hotel?
SkyeDS: won't that be expensive?
evile: I suppose. And poor G will get to pay, isn't that nice.
SkyeDS: and how long is she going to do this?
evile: "as long as they need" her, I guess. BUT, I think she will get
fed up with their selfishness quick enough and go on with her OWN
life.
SkyeDS: the baby hasn't even been born yet.
SkyeDS: when is the "due date" btw
evile: supposedly it's due around Xmastime. [aunt L] says the weeks & the
size of the fetus aren't matching up, in her experience with pregnant
friends/coworkers/etc.
evile: I am feeling terribly childish and jealous and selfish, but
I'm PISSED OFF and HURT, so I'm just gonna own those feelings and not
push them away
SkyeDS: ya know
evile: When I had my ovary out, my mom wasn't anywhere to be found.
SkyeDS: after thirty years of watching
SkyeDS: nothing should surprise me
SkyeDS: but ya know
SkyeDS: where [ub's brother] is concerned, and I guess now where [brother A] is
concerned, our maternals never cease to surprise me
SkyeDS: even though I know I shouldn't be.
evile: I needed this weekend with people I love and respect who love
& respect me.
evile: Because between parental indifference (father) and parentals
obvious preference for male sibling (mother)....t's very easy to feel
like there's something wrong with me...but there's not.
SkyeDS: <hugs> I should know what to say, having been there and done
that, but I don't know that there's anything to say.
evile: thanks :) I know...nothing to say or do. It's not me, it's
them. just wierd/scary & sad to see my Mom turning into Nanny, when
that shit hurt her so badly growing up.
SkyeDS: and "what the hell are they thinkin?" is just, weak.
evile: *sigh* I have no ill will towards the child, it is innocent.
But rubber_pig will turn it into a weapon
evile: i think most of the family is tired enough of [brother A]'s
irresponsible lazy ass that they might not mind him being homeless
and hungry as a result,but nobody would let the baby suffer for its
shitty parents...which means everybody gets to kiss rubber_pig's ass
evile: Once that baby is here, she has her claws into us for the rest
of its life.
evile: Mom doesn't want a blood test, [brother A] doesnt' want a blood
test...but the rest of us sure as fuck do.
evile: ANYWAY. I had a good weekend. I found the wine J-Law
recommended. I hung out with cool people. I have a good life & lots
of good people in my life.
evile: next weekend's GWNN party is going to be cool--the demo at
the beginning of the party is FIRE PLAY!!!! :)
SkyeDS: I like to watch fire
SkyeDS: the fire show at HK was vastly awesome
evile: As usual, everything cool happens at once.There's a fire show
at Cafe Mundi the same night, not enough time to get from the demo at
the GWNN party to Cafe Mundi, though.
SkyeDS: we need to invest in those hour glasses
evile: *nod* I wish!
evile: I need to make sure I still have my set of directions to
GWNN's party location. If not, I guess Cafe Mundi will win that
night.
SkyeDS: lot of groups do that, don't give you directions/map except
with the ticket.
evile: *nod* If I'd been thinking, I would have got my ticket at the
munch on Saturday nite.
SkyeDS: I "don't think" a whole lot too
SkyeDS: particularly for someone known to be cerebral more than
anything else.
evile: Then I realized later that I may not know where my map &
directions are from last time.
evile: Nikiyoy & I went to the play party. The play we saw was between
male doms and female submissives. I have never had a female
submissive, but they make much cuter noises than male ones...

evile: It was very interesting. Nice house, too.
SkyeDS: people wrote prolifically this weekend on LJ
evile: *nod*

evile: rainy weather, nothing to do but sit on the computer, I
guess :)
SkyeDS: I really hope Sharjinka doesn't do what I did and ignore her
head and neck problems
SkyeDS: it really sucks not having full function of your neck nearly
a year later
evile: *nod* I have told her to take it easy & not ignore her
pain....but she is pretty stubborn.
SkyeDS: ya
evile: My friend Victoria is back at massage school, learning
the 'next level' of techniques. Man...I really liked getting a
massage from her on Saturday :)
SkyeDS: I think that's something sonar0m should consider as a backup
to programming (massage school)
evile: *nod* it's definitely something that can't be outsourced to
another country :)
SkyeDS: it's ridiculous to think you're only going to have one career
in your life, now.
evile: yup.
SkyeDS: the last few dreams I remember were quite strange.

SkyeDS: I was making movies with one of my personal favorite Famous
People
SkyeDS: period movies
evile: that's kinda cool.
SkyeDS: and we ended up doing something although I swore I wasn't
going to because of his reputation
SkyeDS: but I did anyway, and then it wasn't going to happen again,
and then he proposed settling down together (despite we both have
other commitments)
SkyeDS: and eventually I ended up very 9 months pregnant, and giving
birth either on set or at a playground, but outside somewhere, with
no one in attendance but him
SkyeDS: *very* strange.
evile: interesting.
evile: After my big cry Friday, I haven't had any bad dreams since.
evile: I dreamt about our foster brother, Ricky, last night. He was
up late & studying, and I was sneaking in after a date or something.
evile: I heard some pretty interesting stuff about Kili this weekend,
BTW.
evile: apparently her personality conflicts are motivated on her part
by some sort of interest in one member of a couple.
evile: Now, why she thinks that being nasty to a guy's girlfriend is
going to make the guy want to date her, I have no idea...but it has
apparently been her pattern in the past.
SkyeDS: really?
evile: apparently it's been noticed.
SkyeDS: if she was after sineater, she hid it pretty well
SkyeDS: don't even know if she knew we were attached, he departed
that end of the table pretty quickly
evile: *shrug* no tellin'.
SkyeDS: lot of women like to be nasty to other women, for whatever
reason, I've never understood <shrug>
evile: yup
evile: It could have been, too, that you were talking with Knighthorse,
Robin,and Markus. She is one of Knighthorse's partners, and she wants
Markus real bad. So perhaps she felt you were encroaching on
her 'turf'.
SkyeDS: I think that's the major reason women are hateful to other
women, t hat whole predators and prey thing

SkyeDS: I think, if I were interested in Markus, I'd take it up with
Terriblelynne
evile: Markus actually has a legal wife, too.
SkyeDS: lol, oops. then that makes two. (neither of them me, lol)
evile: Of course, Kat's scary as shit, so Kili wouldn't dare to fuck
with her. Whereas Terriblelynne's an easier target, being rather sweet & all.
SkyeDS: that I didn't get a response from Markus or Knighthorse, eh.
SkyeDS: I am a little disappointed not to hear from Robin, but just a
little

evile: I don't know anything about Robin, whether he and Kili are
dating, or what.
SkyeDS: he thinks well and he speaks well, my only interest.

SkyeDS: Kat must be something. Kili doesn't strike me as being much
afraid of anything
evile: Kat is tsarren on LJ, she doesn't come across on the LJ as
being formidable, but in RL she is a woman of few words who does not
suffer fools gladly.
evile: She is fiercely intelligent, very focused, and quite
intolerant of loudmouths who don't know what the hell they're talking
about.
SkyeDS: that sounds familiar.
evile: She is also fall-over-dead gorgeous. Was disappointed when i
went to Hippie Hollow with her & Markus and only Markus & I got
nekkid.
evile: well, okay, not THAT disappointed. After all, there was nekkid
Markus and his considerable assets to be enjoyed. BUT.
SkyeDS: rofl
evile: She is very...reserved. I think she does not mean to come
across as being cold & uninterested in people, but that's generally
the first impression. Antisocial, very smart, very beautiful, and
doesn't give a shit about you or what you think.
SkyeDS: I would be happier if I didn't give a shit.
evile: I was really surprised to read in her LJ that she actually
*does*.
SkyeDS: I give enough of a shit to get hurt, but not enough to change.
evile: *nod*
SkyeDS: in high school, for example, I didn't want to be "in"
SkyeDS: I just wanted to be left peacefully and quietly alone
SkyeDS: as opposed to harassed.
SkyeDS: which is, for that matter, still what I want.
