Writer's Block: Autumn Begins

let's see. One aisle of Thanksgiving, 3 aisles of Halloween, and 37 aisles of Christmas decor are in place at Hobby Lobby, it must be Fall! Oh, wait, that's all been there since the beginning of August. Nevermind. (would it kill people to refrain from marketing Xmas for 6 solid months prior to the actual date?!? Kinda takes the Xmas Cheer right out of me...)
I live in Texas, so it won't get cool until Mid October or November. Then we'll have a couple weeks of cold, and then it will start getting hot again, so we don't have much in the way of Fall Weather. Things turn brown here, so there's not much in the way of Fall Color.
But I am going to visit some family in Indiana near the end of October, so hopefully there will be some nice Fall weather to enjoy there. :)
