Yesterday had a dustup with Liz at work, she spoke to me very
sarcastically and condescendingly & shook her finger in my face. I
sympathize with the whole 'peer suddenly placed in authority' thing
but the body language and tone of voice were uncalled for.

emailed janice about it. not that it will make fuckall bit of
difference. Oh well. got in today early, have phone duty, and then 2
more days till the weekend. I will survive.

after work, I went and got Ben, we waited for Sweetie to get home, then
went to drop off a tow bar Sweetie had sold on Craig's List. The guy
needed to go to 7-11 and get cash, Ben and I waited in the car. Ben
told me that he is now thinking of getting married and having kids
hwen he grows up, to see if he can try to be a decent father.
Ironic/amusing that he wanted to be CF while living with breeders adn
now wants to try being childed now that he lives with CF L&B and
hangs with CF me. He told me his mom sent him a card, something pre
printed about 'You-know-who is sorry for you-know-what'...I told her
he should send a card that says 'you know where you can stick it' but
then I, for real, told him 'Living well is the best revenge'. I hate
her for hurting him. I hate Bubba,too. They are bad parents.
ANYHOO...he's a good kid, I like him.

Jaime called while we were driving to Wings, he was sick & not
coming, When we got to Pluckers, it was packed and a 15-20 min. wait.
It was 7 and Ben & I needed to head to the club for Undersoul around
7:30. So Ben and I left, got DQ for dinner (ick) and then went
downtown to the redrum club. It was a nice venue, but no AC.

Sweetie was a bit agitated this evening...probably because he had to hit
the ground runnin' after work. Maybe because we ditched him...but we
had to be at the show by 8, the band only played until 9.

They were good, I hugged & kissed Thax and Hojo, bought Thax a beer,
it was fun. Sharjinka and Prophet were there, it was cool to se them,
and I met Thax's sister, who looks a bit like a brunette Sonya.

After the show, we played a game of pool, I dropped Ben off, got home
at a decent hour, and went to bed around 11. Low profile day today
at work. feh.
