    Hi

Was hoping you could help me, I can't remember where it was we all
went swimming that time a couple years ago, where you cooked us
dinner outside that night and we waded up to that great spot with
the little waterfall? A friend is coming down to visit and I want to
take her around to show her the sights and really want to go back tot
hat little place. I hope you can tell me where it was, I am sorry to
bother you, I know we don't get along anymore, but hopefully you'll
    still help me.

J-Law's thoughts on the Kaleon email:

Absolutely. Don't say a blessed thang, babyhoney.

    me:

Stupid Kaleon. I hate drama reflux. I mean...a YEAR.
Jeez. Grow up. Move on. Get over it already. urgh. The
sun is shining, the sky is blue, life is good. Don't
drag me into ugly old garbage.

    J-Law:

Drama reflux - excellent turn of phrase. :)

    me:

Sort of tempted to play dumb and ask "skye" about Kaleon's
new woman, just to watch her get stirred up. But I'm
better than that. I am. really...unf.

As hilarious as it would undoubtedly be.... you are above that sort
of petty behavior. But that doesn't mean that you can't imagine her
reaction and laugh derisively at her idiocy. :)

    evile: hi :)
    SkyeDS: how do :)
    evile: how's your day going?
SkyeDS: Maria gave us half the money yesterday, will give us the
other half in two weeks, and will be leaving end of May, instead of
    end of this month
SkyeDS: so I have money now
SkyeDS: havea month's reprieve in finding a new tenant
SkyeDS: wasted several hours doing legal paperwork yesterday but
    that's ok
evile: That's good. I'm sorry it had to come to that, though.
SkyeDS: Maria wanted to buy the trailer
SkyeDS: I wanted to sell it to her
    SkyeDS: but c'est la vie
SkyeDS: she keeps it better than I ever did
evile: well, what can you do? if she can't come up with money on a
regular basis for rent, how can you trust her to come up with it for
a payment on buying the thing?
    SkyeDS: yep
SkyeDS: would have been nice but it just didn't work out
SkyeDS: and ya know, if she'd be aggressive about pursuing divorce
and child support it might have, but that's her cards and she has to
    play them
    evile: yeah.
SkyeDS: in her shoes I would have gotten a lawyer ad ngone after the
SOB for abandonment and gotten not only CS but made him pay my
    attorney's fees
SkyeDS: sometimes I think that men behave badly because women let
    them get away with it
evile: enh, women are mostly conditioned from birth to give men
    anything they want.
SkyeDS: most women don't have a clue what men want to give it to them
SkyeDS: to hear the men talk about it
    evile: oh well.
evile: Other peoples happiness isn't my responsibility, no matter
what they've got between their legs.
SkyeDS: sometimes I wonder idly, nev er usually for very long because
of all the stuff I have going on in my head at once,
SkyeDS: but I wonder what the hell people were thinkin
SkyeDS: "I think I"ll have a kid and then let my man run off with no
    repercussions whatsoever"
evile: That's in the top 500 of why I didn't want to have kids. No
matter what laws are enacted, no matter what a man says, the cunt
work in having and raising children falls to the one with the cunt.
    SkyeDS: LOL eloquently put
evile: And I dont' see too much difference in most situations whether
the man is there or NOT. Okay, maybe a married woman with kids has a
few more bucks in her pocket, but that's about it.
    SkyeDS: novel idea
    SkyeDS: before you reproduce
evile: Honestly, if I had a kid, I'd rather NOT have a man. Cleaning
up after 1 kid and myself would be preferable to cleaning up after a
    man, a kid, and myself.
SkyeDS: find out whether or not it is in his belief system that it's
ok to leave you and the kids for another woman or anything else
evile: who cares what they *say* they believe? they'll do whatever
their dick tells 'em when the time comes.
evile: and tell you whatever lies they need to tell in the meantime.
evile: The only way to really judge a man (or a person, really) is by
what they do. I know of Xtians that preach Jesus' teachings sunup to
sundown but dont' practice word 1 of his compassion.
SkyeDS: very few of them anyway
SkyeDS: you can always tell a real one
SkyeDS: by exactly what they do
SkyeDS: (which is something CHrist said, btw)
evile: I know polys who yell "communicate, communicate, communicate"
till the cows come home and somehow manage to NOT communicate with
    anyone in the process
    SkyeDS: even funnier than that
SkyeDS: the people who preach monogamy to the polys while they're
cheating and lying and having kids
evile: Marriage vows mean nothing to most people (look at the divorce
    rate)
evile: so you just can't judge a person by what they SAY they
    believe.
SkyeDS: every single person who has looked down their nose adn been
vocal about opposing my marital structure has had something awful
    happen
SkyeDS: that they brought on themselves
SkyeDS: doing *worse* than what they accuse me of doing
    evile: yup
SkyeDS: said it before and I'll say it again. we are a happy family,
    strange family though we are
    evile: heh
SkyeDS: anyone doesn't like it can go somewhere else
SkyeDS: "we're too busy singin, to put anybody down" ~ the Monkees
    evile: yup
SkyeDS: life in general is so much nicer if peeps just play nicely in
    thesandbox
evile: true. But some people just love drama.
    SkyeDS: I love play drama
SkyeDS: but could do without the real thing
evile: I guess some people don't know about RP or don't watch soaps
in order to get their quota of Drama.
evile: Some people just never give up. (X comes to mind)...come
on,you're not in high school anymore, you never WERE the center of
the universe, so just settle down and be an adult already.
SkyeDS: I don't like being a grown up
SkyeDS: but I try to be a well behaved big person
evile: A lot of things about being an adult are un-fun, but I don't
want to go back to the days of tattle-tales and playground
    fisticuffs, ya know?
evile: Just realized: Today is the 1 year anniversary of the weekend
I would have spent with X at Rocky River Ranch if she hadn't gone
    & ruined everything.
    SkyeDS: lol
evile: yup. I was feeling slightly blue last night & went to bed
super early, I guess that's why. Or maybe just still recovering from
the procedure last week...ya never know.
    SkyeDS: nah, prolly last weekennd
evile: Interesting how the body holds memories, though. I've
heard/read of massage therapy triggering big emotional
reactions/memories that were 'stored' deep in the muscle tissue
evile: and, of course, also bdsm scenes triggering abuse memories in
    a sub
SkyeDS: I think I dislike filing financials mroe than I dislike
    filing in general :)
evile: oh well. it needs to be done.
    SkyeDS: yep
evile: Nice to have the uninterrupted time to get it done & out of
    the way, I'm sure.
    SkyeDS: yep
evile: I made myself a new 'system' for my personal papers & bills
that is hopefully going to keep things like the way my workroom looks
    now from happening ever again.
    SkyeDS: :)
evile: so far so good. But I still need to finish shredding what's in
    my work room now.
SkyeDS: I was so bad this mornning
SkyeDS: I stood out in the pasture and snuggled Mirage for a nhour
    before work
evile: bad? that sounds like good to me.
evile: I was running late this a.m. I didn't mean to go to bed when I
did, so I didn't set an alarm.

evile: Are you still going to take a day off this week, or not, since
you got your tenant problem solved?
SkyeDS: going to celebrate sonar0m's birthday Friday
    evile: nice.
    SkyeDS: teach my lesson Saturday
SkyeDS: and go to event after that
SkyeDS: I'm spending money on me dammit
    evile: good for you. :)
    SkyeDS: :)
    evile: Vikingfest, or something HFS?
    SkyeDS: SCA
evile: aha. better & better :)
SkyeDS: don't even have the money but I'm going anyway
evile: You'll have fun, that's the important part.
SkyeDS: don't have enough money even if I don't go
SkyeDS: so money shouldn't be rreason
    evile: yup.
evile: What are y'all doing for sonar0m' bday?
SkyeDS: hanging out w/ Kelly & kids
SkyeDS: don't know what they'll want to do
SkyeDS: but they always think of something fu
    evile: sounds like fun.
SkyeDS: one day Kelly & I and the kids played DDR at an arcade for
    hours
    SkyeDS: I had blisters :)
evile: awesome :) (well, not the blister part)
SkyeDS: you know all of kelly's fun stuff got stolen
SkyeDS: or we'd be playing ddr there
    evile: Yeah. That sucks.
SkyeDS: think imina buy her a new one for her birthday
evile: That would be very cool.
evile: I'd never do DDR in front of anyone, but I hear it's great
    exercise.
evile: last time I saw her, she was looking very good
    SkyeDS: oh yeah
    SkyeDS: and very happy too
evile: It's always nice to have friends to inspire you to get healthy
    by example.
evile: I'm always more motivated to work out when I see someone doing
it successfully than any amount of nagging could ever do.
    SkyeDS: yep
evile: I have less than a month before my Montana trip. I'd like to
be stronger & have better cardio endurance by then. I don't really
care about the weight, but I want to hike & ride horses and all that
good outdoorsy stuff without getting all red-faced & out of breath
SkyeDS: are you going to go riding?
    evile: I'm thinking about it.
SkyeDS: :) beautiful place to do it
evile: There are lots of places in MT that have spa, gourmet dining,
AND hiking & riding. Sounds like my kinda place.
    SkyeDS: yum
evile: and hot springs. Most of them look much too far from where Mom
is, but there's a couple close by. I'm going to check those out.
evile: I still need to get a good current travel guide. The
library's not too reliable for _current_ travel books.
SkyeDS: SWA is doin vegas specials
SkyeDS: every time I hear vegas I think about you
evile: heh. It's such a tacky place. I love it.
evile: You should definitely go sometime. The great thing is it's
always there, it's always open, and there are ALWAYS deals.
SkyeDS: should have gone right after I quit dealin BJ
evile: I bet it would come back to you after a couple of hands. :)
SkyeDS: I thought so too till I started practicing on yahell
    evile: It's different in RL.
evile: I don't even go to Vegas so much for the gambling anymore (I
never expect to win & never bet more than I can afford to lose)...I
just like the atmosphere, shows & shopping & buffets, people-
watching, and wretched excess in general.
evile: When I go for Xmas, we're shopping and spa-ing, and that'll
    probably be it. :)
evile: I want to see Zumanity at New York New York, but probably not
    the Xmas trip.
SkyeDS: travel will be difficult when the ranch takes off
SkyeDS: unless I can afford to hire someone
SkyeDS: which wo'nt be as much of an issue as finding someoe I trust
    evile: yeah.
evile: I definitely need to take advantage of the weather to get
outside more. One more week & I can go swimming again :)
evile: Well, it's about time to make my rounds & get paper off my
    desk.
    SkyeDS: yep
    SkyeDS: /me hugs
evile: I don't feel like I got much done today. Oh well.
evile: Ther's always tomorrow. And Saturday. (yuck)
evile: If I don't see ya online tomorrow, have a good one & tell
    sonar0m Happy Birthday!
