  Last night's dream: going to the Nightmare Factory with Mom, X,
  Jess (or Holly?). They all got ahead of me and I started to go in but
  then there was a big voice saying I'd gone the wrong way. So I didn't
  go in. After the haunted house, everyone went to this ...zoo? kindo f
  thing but it was all these animals in wierd/inappropriate cages, like
  3 different kinds of big cats in a jewelry display case. Then there
  was a cooler with various homemade meads & beers you could buy. And
  some people from Richard Garriot/HFS crowd talking at a wooden table.
  Then X andI were talking, apparently I'd signed or co-signed
  something financial with her (she had started a business and I signed
  that?) and now she was talking about quitting the business &
  declaring bankruptcy & I was trying to convince her not to, since
  that would screw up my credit rating, too. She wouldn't listen & I
  was mad. Very important dream. Not sure what it meant. Bad things
  about X.

    ABUNDANCE -The Law of Giving and Receiving

    Most of us consciously understand this concept, but how many of us
    have actually made it a part of our being? Some wonder how much they
    should give before they will receive. Others believe that this law
    only refers to material items.
    
    First, let's forget about the money for a moment, and think about
    giving of ourselves emotionally, that is supporting people and being
    there for others. Perhaps you are already there for friends and
    family, lending an ear, and offering a bit of emotional protection.
    Showing interest in humanity and concentrating on them is emotional
    giving. Never trash or dump on them, hurt nor scare them. Always try
    to keep them safe.
    
    Falling in love with humanity is one way you can learn to love
    yourself. Master giving - and you develop a spiritual quality, a
    charm. You become spiritually prettier. People respond to that and
    will seek you out and want to be with you. In this harsh world, it's
    wonderful to encounter someone who's benevolent and kind and there
    for you.
    
    Give silently. When you pass people on the street, mentally reach out
    and touch their hearts, then project admiration for them even if you
    don't know them. If you see they are upset, project a word-thought
    such as serenity. When you come across brief contacts (such as a
    cashier, waitperson, etc.) look into their eyes. Within the context
    of your brief encounter, project the idea that you acknowledge their
    existence on this planet, that you back them, and that you believe in
    them.
    
    Make it a habit not to pass a person without projecting some kind of
    silent goodwill. If you find yourself surrounded by a crowd, pick out
    a few people and touch them as an angel might. This makes you
    silently different. This kind of energy builds up over time, and
    soon, you'll find yourself clicking easily into this state of being.
    
    Money is energy. Get your head around the idea that everyone's money
    is your money. Go to an art gallery, place the images in your heart,
    and own them. Go to a jewelry store. Look at that $50,000 necklace,
    and in your mind's eye, pull it back and inside of you. It is now
    yours, rather than being unobtainable from behind the glass.
    
    Never walk around with less than $500 cash in your pocket. Get used
    to having it there, knowing that you are abundant and more is coming.
    Don't worry about losing it, or about the negative waves of someone
    taking it away from you. You are in the flow and balanced and in
    charge of your money. Other people are not going to take money from
    you; in fact, they are lining up to give you more!
    
    Use cash. It's solid, real, and makes you feel rich. Credit cards
    have negative connotations and project a symbol of lack.
    
    Believe in your abundance. When bills come in, pay them the same day -
    or write out the check immediately, postdate it, and prepare the
    bill to be mailed. Don't allow bills to rob you of your spiritual
    hopefulness.
    
    Never refuse money from anywhere, and never refuse to receive. If
    friends offer to pay for dinner, be gracious, thank them, and tell
    the Universe, "Thank you for paying for my dinner."
    
    Never walk past money on the street. Humble yourself and stoop to
    pick it up. The Universe does not distinguish between a dollar and a
    million dollars. If you refuse the dollar, the Universe may withhold
    additional money.
    
    The metaphysics of giving and receiving are centered around the
    projection of your etheric subtle body. Click into this field and
    enjoy a more abundant life.
