After work, I walked from my office to West Lynn Cafe, where I was
going to meet onyxlynxx for dinner. turns out West Lynn is closed
Mondays, so we walked up to Cippolina & had expensive sandwiches
instead. We talked & it was fun. She talks a lot...very entertaining,
funny, insightful stuff, at about a hundred miles an hour...I wonder
if she realizes she's using words as a shield to prevent intimacy.
Yes, there's alot of info she's giving, but nothing of great
substance and not much of an 'exchange' and doesn't stay on one topic
long enough to get into any depth.

She told me that apparently there's yet another person who would love
to date sineater if not for skye_ds. (Debbie told me that a while
back,too). Sad. She agrees with me that A is not actually poly in the
sense that she'd be OK with sineater or sonar0m dating anyone. And she
also interpreted skye_ds's version of sineater's date story (he stayed out
later than agreed and Arthur got so upset he flew into the window)
as "skye_ds threw the bird into the window?!?"...so I guess I'm
glad/sad that my interpretation is not unduly biased.

She told me about maggiemaepisces and her sad relationships/marriage to an
unsuitable person. *sigh* And a bit more about maggiemaepisces & the kids. maggiemaepisces
actually released them to foster care a week ago but is now wanting
them back. I can *so* see my mom going thru this in a couple of years
with [brotner A]'s baby & maybe [rubber pig]'s other girls...but how [brotner A] could get
parental rights over Trey and/or [rubber pig] is problematical. The 3 girls
apparently all have Trey listed as the father on their birth
certificiates, regardless of the circumstances of their conception.

Anyway...*sigh* It was a nice visit, onyxlynxx's breaking up with roninjedi
tomorrow, or at least delivering an ultimatum that he needs to get
his shit together and once that happens,she'd be open to dating him
again.

After dinner, we went to Whole Foods & onyxlynxx got some groceries, and
then she took me home. It was a nice evening.

I went to bed early, tired from the weekend.

Interesting dreams, but I can't remember them. Woke up with Adam
Ant's "Mowhok" in my head. Now I'm listening to the Adam Ant fan
station on Launchcast.

Today after work I'm going over to e.'s and we are going to the
Crossings for a free workshop, hopefully arriving early enough to get
to walk around the grounds a bit. that'll be nice.
