here's what I intended to do:

Tonight:

6-7 PM - Open House at the Human Potential Center
7-8-ish? TGIB - Opal Divine's
7?PM Pagan Philosophical Society - Ventana Del Sol (sorry, I don't
have the brain power this evening)
8-ish-10-ish - Desert Passion Bellydance Show - Casa de Luz
10PM - my friend Crash playing at Bigsby's on 6th st
11 ish - some band my sweetie likes playing someplace or another.
They're punks with kilts or something like that. (I don't KNOW, he
was talking to me while I was half asleep!)

Tomorrow:

9am-1pm - Westlake Farmers' Market
11-noon - Bellydance Class at Zein's
11am-5pm - Austin Science Fun day, TX history museum on UT campus
7pm - Poly 101 at Spider House
8 pm - puppy pile bday party
7 pm Voyagers Party

Sunday:

11am-5 or so - Zilker Kitefest
2ish-5ish - Drandmir at San Gabriel Park
2 - concert at Waldorf School (I don't really know anything about it,
one of onyxlynxx's friends said something about it in an LJ comment.
If the kite fest is cancelled, this will be a possibility)

Friday: nothing.

Saturday: Costco, checked PO box, went to HEB, made cupcakes, did the
brown sugar, honey & yogurt body scrub, shaved my legs, went to poly
101 (Chancie, savanni, Terriblelynne, onyxlynxx, Maggiemaepisces, me, and then ladydreamtime showed up
a bit later) and the puppy pile party (all of the above minus ladydreamtime,
plus Galen, Belin-anne, Terriblelynne, Dave & Lyn, Talulah, Wade, Nikiyoy, roninjedi
, brandyeileen, oracle_tx, nosugarsadded, some other folks, and then
scrith & felisviolacious showed up and it turned into an obnoxious mess, with all
the women apparently believing that if felisviolaceous acts like a shrieking
bimbo and gets all that attention, obviously they must do so as well.
Even little Terriblelynne got into the bimbo act) Brandyeileen stuck her
tongue down 3 different peoples' throats--her boyfriend, Magiemaepisces, and? I
can't remember the 3rd (disgusting). Had nice talk with oracle_tx, Nikiyoy,
onyxlynxx, nosugarsadded, and roninjedi at various times in the evening. Very
little actual touch between me and anyone. I guess I'm pretty
unapproachable. Which relieves me and makes me kind of sad at the
same time.

Eventually, it became late and a bunch of people started to leave. I
decided to make my exit as well. The shrieking of 'spoon' and whatnot
from the felisviolaceous/scrith/Brandyeileen knot of people annoyed me, and the
icing on the cake was when some blonde guy asked Nikiyoy where the
garage was-he was going togo smoke illegal smoke. So I said "time to
go" and left.

I am proud of myself for being afraid and going anyway, but I don't
think I'll go to another one, ever.
