Water, water water: Drink it. Wash with it. (beautiful bodies are clean bodies, IMHO!)
Sunscreen EVERY DAY.
Eat local, fresh, and seasonal--LOTS of fruit and vegetables. Avoid boxes, processed & preserved stuff, and things with more than four ingredients or ingredients you can't pronounce.
Find something to do that keeps your body active--walk, bike, run, hop, dance, stretch, move.
Find something to wear that makes you feel good. I prefer soft and comfortable things, others may prefer something that shows off cleavage or legs or whatever. Life can be a costume party every day, if you want. Dress for your own delight.
Smile.
Love yourself.

common sense is vital to beauty too..I might add one more thing to that list..get PLENTY of SLEEP!
as you know...*low laugh* I get along with 4 hours of sleep a night..I've been trying to get more. When I do? my skin looks GREAT!!
