    8/11-8/17: soup only

    8/18-8/31: regular Low Carb

    9/1-9/7: veggies only

    9/8-9/14: Doctors Low Carb

    9/15-10/5: regular Low Carb

    10/6-10/12: Doctors Low Carb

    10/13-on: regular Low Carb

    When goal wt. (150) reached: regular LC on weekdays, Friday evening-
    Sunday evenings are free.

    If weight goes above 155, do Dr.'s LC until 150 is reached.
