evile: DOL lady is finally gone & it's break time. I wanted to catch
ya & say have a good weekend, safe journey & stuff.

evile: Sorry to hear that :(
SkyeDS: I could have left E and M to do it all by themselves
SkyeDS: with the perfectly good reason that I don't need to miss work
SkyeDS: however, I wasn't going to do that to sineater.
evile: yeah...he probably appreciated the moral support :)
SkyeDS: I felt like a snake with a bellyful of buckshot
evile: did you have to boot your tenant?
SkyeDS: she gave me a line of bs on the phone last night
SkyeDS: so to make sure she pays the rest of her rent, I took her
electronics as allowed by law
SkyeDS: told her, you pay me this afternoon like you promised, you
can have them back
SkyeDS: you pay me on Tuesday and give me the keys, you can have them
back
SkyeDS: otherwise I sit on them a month and sell them
evile: *nods* it sucks, but its business.
SkyeDS: in my mind, the load of BS she gave me on the phone yesterday
indicates she's not entirely trustworthy
SkyeDS: but I had to look her teenage kid in the face to tell her I
was taking their stuff
SkyeDS: even temporarily
evile: poor kiddo.
SkyeDS: and sh'es a good girl
evile: Nobody has any say on what they're born into...
evile: hopefully all of her mom's bad decisions will keep her from
going down the same path...
evile: I got to hold Kulilinei's baby last night at dinner. that was
pretty awesome...
evile: Things still lined up with your new tenant? Hopefully that
will be lots better than the situation you've got now.
evile: break's over, but everyone seems to be back to their regular
slack, so I guess I will be too.

SkyeDS: those can be lengthy
evile: aha.
SkyeDS: thankfully we don't get them except when we're ad litem.
SkyeDS: but when we do ad litem, I get to explain to people what ad
litem is
evile: yeah. That could get ugly real quick, having a bunch of long
calls all strung together. :(
SkyeDS: I'm so rusty. I haven't done probate or family either one
since 1990.
evile: wow.
SkyeDS: so sineater and sonar0m are over hangin/playin with Kelly and
Michael
SkyeDS: until Maria comes home and does/does not pay the rent
evile: *fingers crossed*
SkyeDS: and then they unload her stuff/or don't, come get me, I go
get more gas, and we go home, and load up to leave at like 3 am
tomorrow morning to make Canton a little south of Dallas on TX 19 by
like 8 am or thereabouts
SkyeDS: wish I were over at Kelly's
SkyeDS: or out under a tree takin a nap somewherez
evile: yeah...sounds like more fun than work :P Oh well, somebody's
gotta pay the bills.
evile: We are getting up at the crack tomorrow to head out to Indian
Springs. Sweetie says it's a 6 hour drive.
evile: Well, I guess it's about that time. I'm glad I caught ya in
